  • Trust yourself and the Universe/God/Life (notice I didn’t say other people).
  • Mind your own business/Row your own boat/Focus on and take care of yourself.
  • Don’t believe everything you think.
  • Don’t drink too much coffee.  😉

  1. I’ve tried so many times to be at peace with all the things that disrupt it. It is very hard for me. I feel too many emotions, they are constant. I’m an empath and I have trouble keeping other people’s emotions away. This has been a challenge ever since I realized I was feeling other people’s emotions. I’ve tried meditation, still trying… Lol. My mind will not be still or quiet for long. Do you have any advice to what I can try?

    1. Hi Susan,
      Keep trying. 🙂 I find that watching and allowing emotions to be there and move through me, whether mine or another’s, is helpful. Notice what it feels like in your body and then give it space and more space. Watch what happens. Then meditate, focusing on your breath perhaps, or staying with noticing the energy field in the body.
